Yes, the core features are free for everyone. There are no paid tiers right now.
We believe in minimal moderation focused on preventing harm, not controlling ideas. We reserve the right to remove content that is violent in nature, constitutes targeted harassment, or violates laws. Everything else — even controversial opinions — stays. Users have robust blocking and privacy tools to curate their own experience.
Two things we actively encourage: robust debate — share controversial opinions, challenge ideas, engage in passionate discussion; and good faith engagement — even in disagreement, engage with honesty and respect for the other person's humanity.
No harassment or violence: we draw the line at targeted harassment, doxxing, threats, or violence. And no illegal content: anything that violates laws or promotes illegal activities will be removed. That's the line — everything short of it is fair conversation.

You set who sees each post individually — Public, Friends, Inner Circle, or a custom group — every time you post, and you can keep your likes and follows private. The core features are free for everyone, and your feed only shows posts from people you follow, in the order they were posted.
You can use a pseudonym and don't need to provide personal details beyond an email for account verification. However, we encourage authenticity—voice naturally reveals more personality than text.
You only see posts from people you follow, shown in the order they were posted. Nothing is reordered to keep you scrolling — when you've caught up, we tell you.
